Jack Homer
I'm a Forward Deployed Engineer at C3 AI, where I build production AI for federal and enterprise customers: workforce systems for the U.S. Marine Corps, a multi-agent legal-document pipeline that replaced outside-services spend, and an agent suite across sales, legal, and finance. This site maps that work as a star chart: the day job, side projects, and Tableside, a small web studio for local businesses. Right now I'm building an agentic coding harness that runs a ticket to a reviewed pull request, and Backpressure, a free system-design interview trainer. Pick a constellation, then a star.

- Claude Discord, self-hostable Claude bots in a private Discord server, one process per bot; built most of the rest. write-up
- Color Analysis, upload a portrait for a 12-season color analysis with palette, hair, and makeup direction, run by Claude vision. write-up
- Backpressure, practice system-design interviews solo; diagram on a canvas, an AI interviewer grills it, and you get a scored verdict. Free and open source. write-up
- Pokémon Agent, a language model on my own GPU plays Pokémon FireRed and Emerald unassisted, one button press at a time; it has beaten Brock and Elite Four Lorelei.
